Yiyan Ma

Yiyan Ma is a rotational associate and will hold roles in ConnectGen’s Development (East and West) and Origination groups. In this position, Yiyan supports the origination and development efforts for the Company’s growing utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the US.

Before joining the ConnectGen team, Yiyan interned at National Grid supporting clean energy development efforts, and during graduate school, Yiyan completed her Master’s project on Duke Energy Carolinas’ challenges and opportunities for decarbonization. Yiyan holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, and a B.A. in economics from Connecticut College with minors in math and chemistry.
