Currently serving as a Client Relations Representative and Trainer for SAP CCS at Connecticut Natural Gas Corp since November 2011, Melony previously held the position of Customer Service Representative at The United Illuminating Company from July 2010 to November 2011. Before that, Melony was a Personal Lines Manager at Abbate Insurance Associates from December 2006 to July 2010. Educational background includes studies at the University of New Haven and Southern Connecticut State University in 2002 and 2003.
