Mandy Noerper is a dedicated professional committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. With experience as a National Director of Programs at ConnectIDD, Mandy guides efforts to provide and improve support for this community. Previously, Mandy served as a Training Manager at the Texas Workforce Commission, where they led a team developing educational programs for Vocational Rehabilitation staff. Their extensive background also includes roles as a Director of Vocational Services and Director of Support Services, along with hands-on experience as a Behavior Therapist and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Mandy's education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology further underscores their commitment to this important field.
