Connectify was built to challenge two common problems.

For employers, hiring has become increasingly expensive and inefficient.

For professionals, navigating the market has become fragmented, reactive and time-consuming.

We believe there is a better way.

Today, Connectify operates across three core areas:

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

We help organisations hire across Telematics, IoT, AI, Telecommunications and wider technology sectors through executive search, direct sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence.

🔹 Personal Agent Service

A premium service for senior professionals who want a more structured and proactive approach to navigating the market.

Our process is built around four stages:

→ Strategic Direction & Value Definition
→ Market Positioning & Narrative Development
→ Target Market Activation & Engagement
→ Representation, Execution & Outcome Management

We help clients define their value proposition, build their positioning, engage the market and manage the process through to offer.

For those where time is a constraint, we can manage the entire process on their behalf.

They focus on interviews and key decisions.

We handle everything else.

🔹 Professional Community

A free community designed to help professionals learn, connect and navigate their careers more effectively through networking, resources, training and shared insights.

Our philosophy is simple:

Most people start with CVs, applications and job boards.

We start with strategy.

Whether supporting organisations with hiring or professionals navigating the market, our goal is the same:

To ensure people are positioned
