Joe Vanders

Joe Vanders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe started their career as an Apprentice at V & S SCAFFOLDING (HERTFORD) LTD in 2015, followed by an Electrical Apprentice role at OPTIMUM ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS in 2016.

In 2017, Joe joined Your World Recruitment Group as a Resourcer and later transitioned into the role of Recruitment Consultant. Joe eventually became a Senior Recruitment Consultant before leaving the company in 2020.

Joe then joined Johnson & Co Estates in 2021 as a Sales Negotiator and worked their way up to become a Senior Sales Negotiator. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Branch Manager. Joe'stenure at Johnson & Co Estates ended in 2023.

Currently, Joe works as a Delivery Consultant at Connecting Experts, where they specialize in talent acquisition in the future mobility space. Joe'srole involves collaborating and advising clients worldwide, developing organizational structures, and making key executive hires. Joe focuses on niche fields such as Electric Vehicles, Automated Driving, Connected Car, and Executive Search.

Joe Vanders attended Richard Hale School from 2010 to 2015, where they studied Business Statistics.
