ConnectingPM provides fractional PMO and delivery leadership for organizations that need structure, focus, and momentum — without unnecessary complexity.

Led by Heather Lynn Gates, ConnectingPM partners with founders, executives, and leadership teams to close the gap between strategy and execution. With over 25 years of global experience leading PMOs, portfolios, and complex transformations, Heather brings hands-on delivery leadership that stabilizes execution, aligns teams to priorities, and drives measurable outcomes.

Most organizations do not struggle due to a lack of tools, talent, or ideas. They struggle because delivery breaks down after decisions are made. Consulting often stops at recommendations, hiring takes time and long-term commitment, and tools alone do not create clarity or accountability.

ConnectingPM works differently.

Engagements are guided by the C.L.E.A.R. delivery method:
* Clarity First — defining priorities, ownership, and outcomes
* Lead with Focus — reducing noise and competing demands
* Enable Execution — addressing decisions, dependencies, and blockers
* Apply Structure — introducing just enough governance to support delivery
* Remain Close — staying engaged as work unfolds to sustain momentum

ConnectingPM provides senior delivery leadership on a fractional basis, embedded enough to lead execution, flexible enough to adapt, and focused on results rather than process for its own sake.

Ideal for SMBs, scale-ups, and leadership teams navigating growth, change, or delivery strain, ConnectingPM helps organizations move forward with confidence and deliver what matters most.
