Andrea Faraco

Andrea Faraco has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Andrea is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Connection, where they design recruitment strategies, manages a team of recruiters, and ensures a positive onboarding experience for new hires. Prior to their current role, they held positions at Schneider Electric, including Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (North America) and Talent Acquisition Team Lead. Andrea also worked at Tufts Health Plan as a Sr. Staffing Specialist, where they focused on talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and building candidate relationships. Throughout their career, Andrea has consistently demonstrated their expertise in identifying and hiring top talent while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Andrea Faraco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Regis College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Andrea also holds a certification in DDI Targeted Selection®: Trainer Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International. The year of obtaining the certification is not specified.
