Anna Philbrick

Anna Philbrick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anna currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Experience at Connection, a role they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Directress of Client Operations at Connection from January 2017 to January 2023, where they directed a department of over 100 employees and worked closely with executives and sales teams to improve productivity and profitability through innovative processes and tools. Anna also worked as the ISS Sales Manager & Corporate Trainer at Connection from October 2011 to January 2023, managing a team of 70 Inside Sales Support representatives and collaborating with various departments to enhance efficiency and improve internal systems. Their earlier experience includes roles in operations support at Connection, sales operations management at PC Universe, logistics and dispatch at SLPowers, inside sales at Sarcom, and inside sales representation at MicroAge. Anna began their career as a Steam Train Engineer at Walt Disney World.

Anna Philbrick received their High School Diploma from Pope John Paul High School in 1994. Anna then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, completing their studies in 1999.
