Crystal O'Brien

Crystal O'Brien is an experienced product manager currently working at Connection since July 2021, specializing in client hardware and accessories. O'Brien has previously held roles as an associate product manager for Lenovo and as a partner development specialist. Prior to joining Connection, O'Brien served as the lead receptionist and medical records coordinator at Generations Geriatric Mental Health from November 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities included patient registration and appointment scheduling in a busy private practice setting. O'Brien earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University between 2016 and 2020.
