Dan Ortiz

Dan Ortiz has extensive experience in digital workspace and cloud managed services, currently serving as the Director of the Digital Workspace Center of Excellence at Connection since August 2011. With a strong focus on thought leadership and industry trend analysis, Ortiz has successfully managed key initiatives such as the Azure Expert MSP audit and multiple go-to-market campaigns. Prior roles include senior and managerial positions within Microsoft Customer Success, where Ortiz led a 42-member team, exceeded multi-billion dollar revenue targets, and achieved significant cloud adoption growth. Previously, Ortiz worked at IBM as a Territory Account Executive and Technical Sales Engineer, overseeing operations across six states and conducting technical workshops for major multinationals. Ortiz is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Florida State University.
