Derek Capers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as an Associate Product Manager and Partner Development Specialist at Connection since August 2022, Derek previously held the role of Admission Counselor III at Southern New Hampshire University, where exceptional customer service and mentorship were key responsibilities. With earlier experience as Vice President of Operations at True Blue Cleaners, Derek demonstrated strong leadership and operational efficiency, turning underperforming routes into profitable ventures.
