Greg Wallace

Greg Wallace, ASQ - CMQOE, currently serves as the Sr Director of Organizational Excellence at Connection since October 2020, having previously held the position of Director of Organizational Excellence. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operational Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager at InnoMark Communications from June 2018 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing the QA department and implementing Quality Management System changes. At The Hennegan Company, an RR Donnelley Company, from November 2000 to September 2017, Greg held positions such as EHS & Quality Assurance Manager and Director of Mailing Services, focusing on continuous improvement and overseeing mailing operations. Prior to that, as Director of Grand Format Printing from July 2012 to December 2015, responsibilities included managing the newly established department for large format print products. Educational background includes studies at The University of Akron.
