Heather Eakin has extensive experience in information technology and solutions design, currently serving as the Director of the Solution Center at Connection since January 2005, progressing through various managerial roles including Sr. Manager of Data Center Practice and Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes supervising voter registration for Ward 2 in Keene, NH, and managing IT infrastructure as a Systems Administrator at Clark-Mortenson Agency, Inc. as well as roles in publishing and IT support earlier in her career. Eakin holds a BA in Literary Studies from Middlebury College and an MS in Information Technology Management from Franklin Pierce University.
