Kara Cox

Kara Cox is an experienced professional with a strong background in client experience and operations. Currently serving as Client Experience Project Coordinator at Connection since July 2011, Kara collaborates with senior leadership to oversee multiple accounts and projects, effectively communicating customer goals. Previously, Kara held various roles at Connection, including Client Operations Advisor and Client Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included project management for a major wireless provider and customer service support. Before joining Connection, Kara spent a decade at Copper Tan, advancing to Director of Training and Development/Store Manager, contributing to the company's growth in the tanning industry through exceptional sales and customer relations. Kara holds a High School Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from Sacred Heart High School and furthered education at Florida Atlantic University.
