Mandi Moe

Mandi Moe is a highly experienced quality manager currently working at Connection, bringing over 20 years of expertise in quality management and operations support. Mandi has a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, demonstrated by significant achievements such as increasing throughput by 90% in an automated grinding area at Sun Chemical and delivering $6.6 million in savings across multiple manufacturing sites. They have also held key positions at Graphic Packaging International, Luminex Home Décor & Fragrance, and Cremer North America, where Mandi contributed to process improvements and quality assurance. Mandi earned a B.S. in Biology from Maryville College.
