Matthew Lipkin

Matthew Lipkin, PMP, has extensive project management and service delivery experience, currently serving as Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager in the Security Practice at Connection since November 2015. Previously, Matthew held roles as Program Manager at AT&T, overseeing the rollout of the LTE Network in the NY/NJ Markets, and at Motorola Mobility, managing the separation of financial activities from Google and Motorola. Matthew also contributed to TruePosition, leading project management for services in support of AT&T, and started the PMO for Verizon’s Flexgrow project at XEL Communications. Earlier experience includes various project management positions at AT&T and serving as an Airborne Radar Technician in the United States Air Force. Matthew holds a Masters Certificate in Program Management from The George Washington University and a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma.
