Ryan M. is the Director of Social Services at Connections Health Solutions, where they have led the mobile crisis response team since December 2022. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Health Professional in Montana, Ryan has dedicated their career to aiding individuals in behavioral health crises. Prior to this role, they served as the Crisis Intervention Specialist Supervisor at Bozeman Health and as the Service Line Director of Crisis at Western Montana Mental Health Center, overseeing various programs across 16 counties. With over a decade of experience, Ryan has successfully launched co-responder programs in multiple states, emphasizing the importance of timely and compassionate crisis response. Ryan is currently pursuing education at Denver Seminary.
