Johan Nilsson

Johan Nilsson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Johan is currently the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder at Connectitude, a company that provides AI-based SaaS solutions for the manufacturing industry. Johan has been with Connectitude since its inception in 2016 and has also served as the Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to Connectitude, Johan co-founded Cenito Software AB in 2010, where they worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. Cenito Software specializes in industrial applications and Johan acted as a technical strategic advisor in addition to their role as a senior developer and agile coach.

Johan also has experience as a Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder at Startup Studio Malmö AB, as well as a Software Architect and Scrum Master at Logica, a multinational IT and management consultancy company.

Earlier in their career, Johan worked as a Software Consultant at ENEA AB and WM-data AB, where they developed applications in various languages and techniques. Johan started their career as a Software Developer at UIQ Technology AB, where they completed their Master Thesis and was involved in framework development.

Additionally, Johan has a summer job experience as a Software Developer at BeCon Mobile Internet AB and Symbian AB, where they developed applications for their respective platforms.

Johan Nilsson obtained a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a Board Member Certification from Friends of Executive in August 2021.
