Julia Barnes

Julia Barnes is a VP of Strategy at Connective and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). They have extensive experience as a non-profit sector executive specializing in project management, strategy, and policy. Julia previously held various roles such as Policy Advisor and Senior Policy Advisor in Ontario's Ministries of Transportation and Environment, where they contributed to the development and implementation of transformative policies, including Ontario's Cycling Strategy. They also served as a Senior Editor for the Toronto Sustainability Speaker Series and gained foundational experience during their studies at McGill University and the University of Toronto, earning degrees in International Development Studies and Environmental Studies.
