Leah Bednarz, CPP, possesses extensive experience in payroll operations and customer service. At ConnectPay Payroll Services since August 2016, Leah transitioned from Operations Assistant to Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 13 Customer Service Representatives and managing payroll for over 2,000 clients. Skills include knowledge of multi-state payrolls, complex payroll adjustments, and developing organizational procedures. Previous roles include Owner of Scents of Humor Soapery and Administrative Assistant at Robert C. Alario, CPA, PC, as well as experience in records management at PAREXEL.
