Simon Reichwald

Simon Reichwald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and recruitment. Currently serving as Chief Progression Officer at Connectr since December 2014, Simon focuses on enabling organizations to hire and retain diverse talent. In addition to this role, Simon is an ISE Fellow, building on apprenticeship work with the Institute of Student Employers, and has been the Director of The Bright Futures Society since 2007. As the founder of Bright Futures Resourcing, established in 2003, Simon delivers tailored graduate recruitment services. Simon's previous experience includes a position as Delivery Lead with the City of London Corporation, focusing on socio-economic diversity within financial services, and an Honorary Vice Presidency at the Institute of Student Employers, where Simon developed strategic projects related to apprenticeships. With a Business Studies degree from the University of Plymouth and a background in graduate recruitment, Simon is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
