Jordan Bowlin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in AWS engineering, DevOps, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior AWS Engineer at Connectria since May 2023, Jordan manages AWS infrastructure and conducts disaster recovery simulations. Previously, at Quillt from April 2020 to February 2023, Jordan facilitated major operations projects and provided desktop support, ensuring efficient IT solutions for internal customers. Prior experience at Apple from June 2010 to July 2019 as a Lead Genius included managing customer relationships, repairing devices, and developing a training program for technicians. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from Webster University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
