He holds a Business degree from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN and a MBA degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. He has a diverse background in Technology, Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Financial Analysis including 20+ years professional experience managing multiple large scale technology and product development projects. He has spent the last 10 years working as a consultant and tech program manager for a Fortune 30 company.
