Toby Coffey

Toby Coffey has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Toby began their career in 1999 as a Project Analyst at Lante Corporation. In 2002, they joined Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Recruiting Manager, and was later promoted to Division Director and Director of Permanent Placement Services. In 2012, Toby became the Chief Executive Officer and President of Finance & Accounting - Permanent Placement at Connect Search, LLC, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in Finance, Accounting & IT placements.

Toby Coffey attended Carmel High School from 1993 to 1995. Toby then attended Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1995 to 1999, where they received a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems, respectively.
