Tom Fox has over 15 years of experience in sales and staffing. Tom began their career in 2004 as an Account Executive at Staples Business Advantage, where they sold a range of office products and services to medium to large companies. In 2005, they joined Robert Half International as a Division Director/Branch Manager for the Accountemps division. In this role, they managed a team of 9+ Staffing Managers while also remaining in full sales production. In 2012, they co-founded Connect Search, LLC, a staffing firm with long-standing relationships with several of Wisconsin and Illinois' top employers. As President & Partner, they are responsible for overseeing the company's vision and recruiting efforts.

Tom Fox attended Marquette University from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Marketing. Tom then attended the University of Scranton from 2001 to 2004, earning a degree in Marketing/Finance.
