Andy Hackman

Andy Hackman has over 18 years of experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at ConnectureDRX since June 2018, after transitioning from the role of Client Service Coordinator. Prior to this, Andy held the position of Billing Supervisor at Marsh & McLennan Companies for nearly 18 years, from August 2004 to February 2022. Andy earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Iowa between 1996 and 2001.
