Ann Westerheim, PhD, is the Founder and President of Ekaru, a tech company providing affordable IT services and cybersecurity to local businesses in the Boston area since 2001. In addition to leading Ekaru, Ann serves on the ISAO Executive Steering Committee for the Global Technology Industry Association and is an Advisory Council Member for ConnectWise, ThreatLocker, Channel Program, and MSP Success, contributing expertise to enhance the IT solutions ecosystem. Ann is also a member of InfraGard and the Forbes Technology Council, further reinforcing a commitment to public-private partnerships and technology leadership. Additionally, Ann has participated in the Lemelson-MIT Program's Screening Committee since 2009, promoting innovation and invention. Ann holds a PhD in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and attended the University of Oslo for Norwegian Language and Literature.
