Ciaran Chu

Ciaran Chu currently serves as the General Manager of ConnectWise ScreenConnect at ConnectWise, a prominent business automation software provider for technology service providers since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ciaran held various significant positions at ACI Worldwide from December 2016 to May 2022, including Head of Bank SaaS, where the launch of a global Payment as a Service business generated over $100 million in sales, and Head of Product Acquiring and Payment Networks, overseeing a team serving hundreds of clients globally and achieving substantial revenue growth. Ciaran's extensive career also includes leadership roles at Barclaycard, where product development responsibilities spanned in-app payments and acquiring optimization.
