Cleo Barnard

Cleo Barnard, MBA, currently serves as the Business Process Improvement Manager at ConnectWise, a position held since May 2022, following a role as a Continuous Improvement Intern. Prior experience includes working as a Dog Walker for Wag Labs Inc. from March 2020 to December 2022, and holding various positions at the University of Tampa, including Graduate Assistant, Peer Mentor, and Tele-counselor from November 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, Cleo completed a Business Management Internship at The Facilities Group from January to July 2021 and worked as a Buyer at Plato's Closet during the summer of 2019. Cleo holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Tampa, as well as a High School Diploma from Bartlett High School.
