Cody Murphy

Cody Murphy is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in global IT services, cloud engineering, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of IT at ConnectWise, Cody oversees a team of 35 members across multiple continents, focusing on data loss prevention, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure design. Previous roles include Director of Cloud Engineering, where Cody established Site Reliability Engineering practices and managed critical cloud security functions. With a strong background in IT operations and service desk enhancement, Cody has successfully led major integration projects and significantly improved service levels. Cody's professional journey began in the US Army, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Network and Systems Administration from Western Governors University.
