Joar Bonifacio is a Software Consulting Specialist and Training Lead at ConnectWise since March 2022, focusing on timely and quality implementations for High Touch/Strategic Partners. Previously, Joar held various leadership roles at FedEx from June 2017 to March 2022, culminating in the management of a team of 62 employees as a Team Lead, along with significant achievements in customer care and operations in the AMEA region. Joar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Angeles University Foundation, alongside ongoing studies in Pharmacy at the University of the Philippines.
