John Helms

John Helms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Director of Product Management - Cybersecurity at ConnectWise since May 2011, John drives product vision and strategy while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives. John's previous roles at ConnectWise include Senior Product Manager and Technical Product Manager, among others, contributing to significant product developments and integrations. In addition to technology expertise, John is the Executive Director of the Salty Soul Foundation, focusing on environmental conservation, and also owns Salty Soul Clothing LLC, which supports beach clean-up initiatives. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Delta State University and a Product Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
