Matt Topper

Matt Topper, CISSP, CISM, and CCSP, is currently serving as a Security Evangelist at ConnectWise since January 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Director of Security at Gradient MSP, where responsibilities included providing strategic direction for an InfoSec initiative. As Director of Central Operations at Iconic IT, expertise was demonstrated in managing IT and Core Services while building a robust security program. Prior roles include Chief Technical Officer at CAPSTONE Information Technologies Incorporated, where technology strategy and complex project management were key responsibilities, and earlier positions as Systems Engineer and Sales Associate. Matt began professional experience as a Network Assistant at SUNY Geneseo, where network improvements and cost reductions were achieved. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo.
