Nathan Parker

Nathan Parker serves as the Lead Workday Administrator at ConnectWise since May 2023, overseeing the implementation and administration of the Workday platform across multiple countries. With prior experience at Vertafore as a Workday Administrator and a promotion from Total Rewards Specialist II, Nathan successfully managed several company-wide processes and automated reporting. As an Associate HR Consultant at Consult HR Partners, Nathan provided HR generalist support and moderated DEI training while also managing performance cycles and benefits administration. Nathan's career began as an Account Coordinating Assistant at National Corporate Housing, where exceptional performance was recognized with two National Treasures. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Hospitality from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the University of Northern Colorado.
