Peter Neal

Peter Neal currently serves as SVP of Engineering at ConnectWise since September 2025. Prior to this role, Peter held various engineering leadership positions at Mimecast from October 2022 to September 2025, including VP of Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering. Peter's experience also includes serving as Director of Software Engineering at Skyhigh Security for a brief period in 2022, following a long tenure at McAfee from November 2001 to March 2022, where Peter was Director of Software Engineering focused on Cloud Data Protection. Earlier in the career, Peter worked at Consumers Association as a Systems Developer from 1997 to 2001 and held the position of Tech Support Engineer at Global Internet in 1997.
