Rob Roberson

Rob Roberson is a seasoned professional in security implementation and technology support with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Manager of Security Implementation at ConnectWise since December 2019, Rob leads a team responsible for onboarding and training partners in the use of security products, while also developing processes to enhance implementation efficiency. Prior to this role, Rob gained significant experience at Verizon Data Services over 16 years, progressing from Helpdesk Agent to End User Support - MTS III, overseeing technology support for a large business office and data center. Rob's career began at GTE, contributing to technical support teams in various capacities. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Murray State University.
