Steph Shai

Steph Shai is a UX Researcher at ConnectWise since February 2022, previously holding the position of UX Research Specialist. Prior to this role, Steph served as an Individual and Family Therapist at Pathways Transition Programs, Inc. from October 2018 to February 2021, managing a consistent caseload and conducting over 60 interviews to document clients’ histories. Steph also worked as a Lead/Case Manager at Peachford Behavioral Health from July 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities included conducting over 1,000 individual interviews and training new staff. Earlier experience includes a role as a 2-1-1/Clinic Support Specialist at United Way for Greater Austin, where innovative partnerships were developed, and as a Community Partner Consultant at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia, managing relationships with diverse non-profit organizations. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in UX/UI Design from Thinkful, a Master of Social Work from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Georgia.
