Sumedh Damodare

Sumedh Damodare is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an L3 Partner Engagement specialist at ConnectWise since August 2023, focusing on IT infrastructure management, endpoint security, and monitoring alerts. Prior to this role, Sumedh held the position of Technology Specialist at Cognizant, where advanced knowledge of Active Directory Services, including GPO and authentication protocols, was leveraged to collaborate with project managers on new setups. With a background as a Senior Technical Advisor at Concentrix and various roles at Tetra Pak, Amdocs, and HCL Infosystems Ltd, Sumedh has developed a strong expertise in Active Directory, troubleshooting complex authentication issues, and providing technical support.
