Viktor Lavrynenko currently serves as a Technical Lead at ConnectWise, where responsibilities include product software requirements analysis, architecture, development, and quality assurance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Viktor held the position of Engineering Lead at SmileBack from February 2019 to October 2023. Viktor also accumulated significant experience at Innocode as a Project Manager/Product Manager from December 2014 to February 2019 and at Infopulse as a Senior QC Engineer, Team Lead, and in Application Packaging & Virtualization from December 2007 to November 2014.
