Tim Baker

Tim Baker has worked in the Estate Agency industry since 1998, accumulating significant experience in managing both Sales and Lettings branches across the South East and North Kent. They served as a Lettings Partner at Connells from 2009 to 2023, where they managed the largest income grossing lettings branch and a team of nine, overseeing over 340 occupied units. Prior to that, they were a Lettings Manager at Parkland Estates from 2007 to 2009, where they assisted in establishing a cold start letting business across three offices. Tim values the growth and development of staff, believing in investing in people to achieve common goals and great results.
