Josh Dickson

Josh Dickson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, management, and fitness. Currently serving as the Engagement & Capability Manager at Connetics since November 2022, Josh has previously held several roles at Les Mills New Zealand, including Group Exercise Instructor and Operations, Marketing, Events, and Communications Manager. Additional experience includes organizational development leadership at Canterbury District Health Board and instructional design at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited and RedSeed. Josh holds a Master of Business Administration and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, as well as a Certificate in Classical and Contemporary Ballet from the International Ballet Academy.
