Ken Callham

Ken Callham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ken began their career at E. Sam Jones Distributor in 1999, where they provided customer service and collaborated on marketing solutions. Ken then worked at Legum & Norman as a Payroll Administrator/Staff Accountant from 2005 to 2009. Ken joined AEP Energy in 2009 and served as a Project Coordinator and later as an Associate Project Manager, contributing to the successful completion of energy conservation projects. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Lumiga as a Project Manager, responsible for project development and execution. Ken then joined PG enlighten as a Quotations specialist, where they increased agency quoting capacity and worked on a variety of lighting projects. Ken moved to Van Meter Inc. in 2017 and held roles as a Lighting Quotations Specialist and Quotations Supervisor, focusing on efficiency improvements and project management. In 2019, Ken transitioned to Connexion, where they initially served as a Senior Lighting Specialist and later as a Director of Shared Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Project Operations, overseeing talent acquisition, training, and development to enhance the customer experience in the CX Lighting & Control Business Units. In addition, Ken is an active member of the LEAD Conference Planning Committee for the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) since 2021.

Ken Callham completed the NAED Leadership Development Program at Dale Carnegie Training in 2020. In 2006 through 2009, they attended Robert Morris University - Illinois, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
