John Mills

John Mills is currently serving as General Partner and General Counsel at CONNEXLY since September 2023. Before this, John spent 15 years at VMware in various roles, including Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of M&A and Investments. Earlier in the career, John was a Senior Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on M&A transactions, SEC reporting, venture capital financings, and joint ventures. Prior affiliations include being an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP and an associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Richards, Layton & Finger, with expertise in Delaware corporate law. John holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
