Danyu Wang

Danyu Wang is a Quantitative Analyst at Conning, specializing in risk solutions since November 2022. With a robust background in quantitative research, Danyu has gained experience as a Freelance Photographer at Unsplash since August 2017, a Research Intern at StepStone Group focusing on transaction-based indexing for private equity from March to August 2022, and a Quantitative Research Intern at Covario AG conducting on-chain data research in mid-2021. Previous roles include internships in risk management at Ping An Insurance, as well as loan management at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and the development of a multi-factor stock selection model at Derivatives China Capital. Danyu holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from EPFL and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering from South University of Science and Technology of China, complemented by a summer program in Business Analytics at UBC Sauder School of Business.
