Glenn Winfree has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Glenn started their career as a Substance Abuse Intervention Specialist with the New York Board of Education from 1993 to 1995. Glenn then joined Accenture in 1997 as a Technology Training Manager and later transitioned into the role of Training Manager/Consultant/Diversity Liaison. During their time at Accenture, they supervised trainers, developed and implemented software application training, and handled new hire orientation functions.

In 2000, Winfree worked as an Instructor at Dale Carnegie, where they certified professionals in the Dale Carnegie course and coached them to improve their interpersonal relationships and performance. Glenn then joined Aetna in 2002 and held various roles, including Senior Training Consultant, Performance Consultant, and Director of Diversity & Inclusion. At Aetna, they facilitated diversity strategies, coordinated curriculum development, and implemented competency models to support performance management and employee development.

From 2014 to 2020, Winfree served as the Executive Director of Covenant Preparatory School, where they managed the organization, attracted and evaluated teaching staff, developed the middle school curriculum, and increased the school's visibility in the community. Currently, they are the Director of Learning and Performance at Conning.

Glenn Winfree obtained a Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they graduated with a BA in Economics from Rutgers University between 1984 and 1988. Glenn completed their high school education at Baldwin High School from 1982 to 1984. In addition to their academic qualifications, Glenn also acquired certifications as a SYMLOG Consultant from SYMLOG Consulting Group in 2023 and as a PCM trainer in the Process Communication Model ® from Kahler Communications, Inc. in 2007.
