Judd Gledhill has over 20 years of experience in technology and software development. Judd has held various leadership positions in companies such as Conning, Putnam Investments, Fidelity Investments, Send.com, and Mazer Digital Media.

At Conning, Judd served as the Director of IT, Application Development, where they led a team dedicated to web and thick client applications. Judd gained significant experience with Azure (Cloud) and was involved in senior level decision making around corporate technical strategy.

During their time at Putnam Investments, Judd was the Senior Manager Applications, Digital Technology. Judd directed the strategic development of all public-facing web projects and managed a portfolio of 60 enterprise applications. Judd also supervised various functional teams and handled a budget of over $8M.

Judd Gledhill earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Computer Graphics from Syracuse University from 1989 to 1993. Judd then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Boston University from 2004 to 2007. Prior to their higher education, Judd obtained a diploma from Avon High School in 1989. In addition to their formal education, Judd has acquired certifications such as Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and completed the Leading Strategic Growth: Executive Education Program with Columbia Business School and Execonline, Inc. Judd also holds a Professional Certificate of Webmaster Technology – Web Programming from Northeastern University and a certification in Salesforce.com.
