Cody Spackman

Cody Spackman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and client engagement. Currently serving as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Connor Group since March 2024, Cody previously worked at Blue Raven Solar as a Field Operations Recruiter, where responsibilities included conducting full-cycle recruiting across multiple states and providing training on best practices to management. Prior roles include Content Writer at BeardMoxie, where Cody focused on enhancing SEO and brand development, and Career Mentor at BYU Career Services, assisting undergraduate students with career preparation and assessments. Cody began a career in leadership and instruction as a Sports Instructor at InMotion Junior Golf and also gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at BYU Store. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University, earned in 2021.
