Bill Caplan

Bill Caplan has extensive experience in manufacturing and consulting, currently serving as a Lean Consultant at CONNSTEP since April 2000. Prior to this role, Bill worked as Director of Manufacturing at The Ensign Bickford Company from 1979 to 1999. Bill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Western New England University.
