Craig Cunningham

Craig Cunningham, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational HR leadership. Currently serving as a Manager of Human Resources and Talent Management at ThayerMahan, Inc., Craig supports the maritime industry by enhancing onboarding processes and developing compensation structures. Previously, they held senior HR roles at AtmosAir Solutions and Owens Realty Services, where they managed employee relations, compliance, and talent management across diverse organizations. Craig has also contributed as a Board Member at CONNSTEP and has held various HR director positions, demonstrating their commitment to fostering positive workplace environments and aligning HR practices with strategic business objectives. Craig holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Resources Management from the University of Bridgeport and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology at Franklin & Marshall College.
