Arun Soni

Arun Soni has a strong background in technology and leadership roles. Arun began their career in 2005 at Orange Business Services as a Network Service and Support Engineer. Arun then moved on to UBS Investment Bank, where they worked as an Associate Director, establishing the Network Operations Center and leading a team of over 100 employees. In 2010, they joined DXC Technology as a Senior Manager, overseeing the UBS Managed Service Account and managing a global team of over 200 members. In 2013, Arun joined JPMorgan Chase as a VP-IT, where they established the Multimedia & Audio Visual Technology function across AsiaPac, Europe, and America. Arun was responsible for building over 2,000 conference rooms and leading the video culture within the organization. Arun then joined Secure Meters Limited in 2017 as the Global Head of IT Infrastructure, where they built high-performing global teams and accomplished digital and cyber security transformations across all global locations, achieving ISO 27001:2013 certification for each facility. Currently, Arun works at ConnX Inc. as the Executive Vice President Technology-Service Excellence, where they manage global SE teams serving enterprise customers across various technology platforms. Arun has achieved industry-first and largest global SD WAN & UC transformation projects in record time.

Arun Soni began their education at North Maharashtra University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering. In 1997 to 1998, they attended Guru Nanak Public School Udaipur for their XII degree, focusing on PCM subjects. Later, in 2013 to 2016, Arun pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Jaipur National University, specializing in Information Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Arun acquired an ITIL V3 certification from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in January 2010. Arun also obtained a Silver Peak SDWAN certification from Silver Peak in September 2021. Additionally, Arun has a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate certification; however, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
